Becky Edmunds - filmmaker and project director.

Becky Edmunds is an independent artist whose practice has spanned dance, live art and moving image disciplines. She is currently fascinated by the stories, objects, photographs and films that are made by so called ‘ordinary’ people, and works to reinvest these often forgotten or abandoned stories with new life. Working in close collaboration with sound designer Scott Smith, recent projects include a film made with Brighton Oasis Project (a substance misuse service for women and their children in Brighton), and a documentary elegy to the recently demolished Brighton Fruit and Veg market. Becky’s work has screened at international film festivals.
